With the advances in technology meetings between businesses, corporations, world powers, and other should be able to create an energy saving environment. By using computer connections and video, a meeting can be held across miles of land and ocean without leaving their home area. There is no need to waste the time and cost of jet fuel for private transportation to and from other countries.

Through video teleconferencing, security would be easier to maintain. No paperwork is need if everything is printed and sent to each company only once to be presented at the time of the meeting through power point or readers. Everything is kept in an order for referral and there is no need to waste paper, ink, printer power, jet fuel, car fuel for limousines, the cost or the limousines, or the cost of security forces during the meetings and daily stays.

There is no reason for every citizen to pay for travel and waste for large meetings when it is so much easier in our technological world of satellite and computers. It will be seen as handling the national debt in every country as a much more responsible way to hand the peoples money from taxes and even politicians could gain a new respect by choosing to save tax money and not look like they are going on another holiday business meeting.
